Guitar Mastery Live — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of our website (www.guitarmasterylive.com), ticket purchases, and attendance at Guitar Mastery Live 2025 (the “Event”). Please read them carefully.
By accessing our website, purchasing a ticket, or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using our website and do not purchase tickets.

1. Entities & Responsibilities
1.1 The Event is organized by Guitar Mastery Live, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”), a U.S. company responsible for the delivery and liability of the Event.
1.2 Payments are processed by Guitar Mastery, Inc. on behalf of Guitar Mastery Live, Inc. Charges may appear under “Guitar Mastery, Inc.” on your payment statement.
1.3 Wallace Products Limited (NZ), trading as Guitar Mastery Method, is the parent company and the data controller for all privacy and personal data matters.
1.4 By using the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or if under 18, that you are attending with a parent or guardian who has purchased a ticket on your behalf.

2. Tickets, Refunds & Transfers
2.1 All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
2.2 Tickets are transferable by contacting our support team (support@guitarmasterymethod.com) no later than October 1st, 2025, subject to availability.
2.3 Each attendee must hold their own ticket. Guests will not be admitted without a valid ticket.

Age Restrictions
3.1 Children under 16 are not permitted.
3.2 Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, each holding their own ticket.
3.3 The Cocktail Hour is strictly 21+ due to alcohol service.

4. Event Conduct & Security
4.1 Professional security staff will be on-site. You must follow staff and venue instructions at all times.
4.2 We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees engaging in disruptive, unlawful, or unsafe behavior without refund.
4.3 You are responsible for your own belongings. We are not liable for lost or stolen property.

5. Media Release & Recording
5.1 The Event will be livestreamed globally on Day 1 and filmed on Days 2 and 3 for promotional and documentary purposes.
5.2 By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed and grant us the right to use your image, likeness, and voice in promotional materials, media, and advertising.
5.3 A media release waiver will be required at registration.

6. Sweepstakes & Giveaways
6.1 All ticket holders are automatically entered into the Event prize draws. Prize tiers may vary by ticket type.
6.2 A “no purchase necessary” method of entry will be available. Full details, eligibility, prize descriptions, and odds are set out in our Official Sweepstakes Rules, published separately on the Website.
6.3 Major prizes may include items such as a Gibson Les Paul and full amp stack. Prizes are subject to availability and substitution at our discretion.

7. Website Use & Prohibited Conduct
7.1 You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or to damage, disable, overburden, or impair its function.
7.2 Specifically, you agree you will not:
Hack into non-public areas of our website.
Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt service.
Scrape or harvest data without our consent.
Share paid content, recordings, or proprietary materials with others.
Defame, harass, or abuse other attendees, staff, or instructors.
7.3 We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the website or Event for violations.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on the website, Event recordings, logos, branding, and promotional materials are our intellectual property or licensed to us.
8.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
8.3 You may use materials provided to you (workbooks, etc.) for personal use only.
8.4 Attendee testimonials, reviews, or feedback provided to us may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.

9. Third Party Links & Content
9.1 Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., hotels, travel, advertisers). We are not responsible for the content or services of these websites.
9.2 Use of third-party goods and services is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers
10.1 The Event is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Individual results vary, and we do not guarantee specific improvements in skill or ability.
10.2 All content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, except where required by law.
10.3 Attendance involves risks associated with live music, group gatherings, and travel. By attending, you accept these risks.

11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Personal injury, property damage, or theft at the Event.
Loss or damages arising from hacking, downtime, or third-party errors.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11.2 Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid by you for your ticket.

12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Guitar Mastery Live, Inc., Guitar Mastery, Inc., and Wallace Products Ltd. against any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your actions, breach of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.

13. Governing Law
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. However, any claims related to physical attendance at the Event in Nashville, Tennessee will also be subject to the laws and courts of Tennessee.
13.2 For privacy matters, Wallace Products Ltd (NZ) acts as the data controller, and New Zealand privacy laws may also apply.

14. Validity
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full effect.

15. Event Changes, Postponement & Force Majeure
16.1 Guitar Mastery Live, Inc. reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the Event (in whole or in part) due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to visa approval delays, travel restrictions, health emergencies, venue issues, acts of God, acts of government, or other force majeure events.
16.2 In the event that the in-person component of the Event cannot proceed as planned, we may at our discretion convert all or part of the Event into a livestream or virtual-only format. Your ticket will grant access to all corresponding virtual content and bonuses associated with your tier.
16.3 In the event of cancellation or postponement, we will make reasonable efforts to notify all ticket holders and may, at our sole discretion, offer one or more of the following:
Transfer of ticket to the rescheduled Event date;
Partial or full credit toward future Guitar Mastery events or products;
A full refund of ticket purchase price.
16.4 Guitar Mastery Live, Inc. shall not be liable for any costs incurred by you as a result of Event changes, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or lost income.
