1. Sponsor & Administrator
The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Guitar Mastery Live, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a principal business address at:

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States (50 states + DC), Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom, the European Union/EEA, Australia, and New Zealand who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited, permits are required or restricted by law. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Guitar Mastery Live, Inc., Guitar Mastery Inc., or Wallace Products Ltd. are not eligible.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on August 23, 2025 and ends on October 18, 2025, at 4:00 PM Eastern Time / 3:00 PM Central Time.
All mail-in entries (AMOE) must be received by October 10, 2025. Bonus and ticket-based entries must be submitted by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
No entries will be accepted after the cutoff.
4. How to Enter
There are four (4) ways to enter:
1. Automatic Entry
Purchase a ticket to Guitar Mastery Live 2025:
General Admission = 5 entries
Premium Pass = 25 entries
Platinum Experience = 100 entries
2. Bonus/Viral Entries
After initial entry (via ticket purchase or AMOE), participants may earn additional entries by completing bonus actions such as referring friends, sharing on social media, or other tasks outlined on the official Sweepstakes entry platform.
3. Bonus Promotional Offers
From time to time, Sponsor may offer bonus entries through purchase of specific products or bundles, including but not limited to Guitar Mastery Method free + shipping offers or VIP Club promotions. Bonus entries are awarded at Sponsor’s discretion and will be disclosed at the time of the offer. Alternate free entry methods are available. See below.
4. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten 3x5 card with your full name, email address, mailing address, and a note stating either "GA Entry - 5 Entries", "Premium Entry - 25 Entries", or "Platinum Entry - 100 Entries" to:

Mail-in entries must be received by October 10, 2025. Limit one mail-in AMOE submission per household. Valid only if completed legibly and completely.
Equal Entry Opportunity
All entry methods are treated equally for the purpose of winner selection. Bonus entries available through purchases or referrals can also be obtained via Alternate Methods of Entry (AMOE) as outlined below, ensuring all participants have equal chances to win regardless of entry method.

Total Prize Pool ARV: $4,927.98 USD
Additional lower-value prizes (swag or digital memberships) may be awarded, not to exceed a combined ARV of $5,000.
Winners are responsible for all customs, duties, and import taxes where applicable. Sponsor covers shipping costs.
Prize Substitution: In the event that any prize or portion of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that prize (or portion thereof) with another item of equal or greater value. No cash alternative will be provided unless required by law.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected via random drawing on October 19, 2025, and announced live during the Guitar Mastery Live 2025 event.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be contacted via email within 5 business days of the drawing.
Canadian residents must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without assistance in order to claim their prize, as required by Canadian law.
7. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the spirit or intent of the Sweepstakes.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-substitutable. No cash alternative will be provided.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other causes corrupt the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
8. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (contractual matters) and the State of Tennessee (venue-related matters).
All disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Nashville, TN.
9. Privacy
Entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal data by Wallace Products Ltd. (New Zealand) for purposes of Sweepstakes administration and marketing, in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://www.guitarmasterylive.com/privacy-policy
